About Susan Rosenblum
Waterloo Region PsychotherapistWelcome
Since studying cultural anthropology as an undergraduate, I have had a passion for community building, and developed an understanding of the importance of connections and engagement in community to enhance the emotional resilience of individuals and their communities. I have completed two graduate degrees focusing on emotional resilience, mental health, building emotional capacities, and the social well being of communities.
I bring an integrative approach to therapy that blends modalities to enhance strengths and treat concerns related to trauma, attachment issues, anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationship stresses, and effective communication. The body holds on to adverse events and memories, and sometimes carries negative beliefs that can restrict the quality of life. Therapy is a process that can help to relieve people of the burdens that prevent them from thriving and living fully in the present.
